Bill Windsor serves notice to Allie Overstreet to produce all communications with her attorney, Matthew J. O’Connor.
Normally, communications between an attorney and the client are privileged.
But, that privilege can be voided. One way to void the privilege is by communicating to others matters discussed with your attorney, such as making publishing comments about things discussed with your attorney.
Well, guess what? Overstreet blew it.
I doubt that they will produce these documents as I have requested. But I believe the judge will order them to once I put Allie Overstreet on the witness stand and get her to admit the things she did. And I have the evidence!
Now this is exciting. Just imagine getting to read about the plotting and planning.
