Detective Riley and LT. Quigley,

Thank you for your attention on this matter and our requests for police watch while visiting Arlington.

I will be forwarding an email to you both within the hour, with several attachments. One is our data of all persons we’ve received threats from, the information we have on those folks, and the conceived threat level we feel. Threat level 1 being the most severe. Also several attachments of pictures of these folks.

The above statement is true except a few minor changes, which are as follows.

We now have four reserved rooms within the House and Senate rather than two.

We need to add the Skyline Inn hotel as our third hotel, in DC across from the Capitol.

My name is spelled Allie Overstreet.

Criminal charges were filed in Montana and Georgia.

And I’ll need to search blogs and screen shots for the specific threats that pertain to our visit to Arlington. However, they are mostly from the level 1 threats on the attachment to follow, and are mostly to crash our event, protest us, etc., with a few outright threats to “hang them”, “polish my glocs and head to DC”, and so on.

The protection we are requesting is at least one armed officer with us at all times, 24/7, from noon on February 4 to noon on February 7. Also, police watch from your departments officers in and around the area. Also, officers watching our hotels, two in Arlington,  and our shuttle bus route from the Crowne Plaza to the bridge.

Our main gathering points will be as follows.

February 4,  Crowne Plaza National Airport Hotel main ballroom.

February 5,  Crowne Plaza National Airport Hotel main ballroom,  House Congressional Meeting room at the Cannon office building at the Capitol.

February 6, Crowne Plaza National Airport Hotel main ballroom,  House Congressional Meeting room at the Rayburn building at the Capitol,  and two Senate theaters in the Capitol building.

Our bus route will begin at 8am the 5th, and shuttle continuously until 6pm the 5th, back and forth from the Crowne Plaza to the Capitol building.  All other travel will be by individuals and small groups via taxi, public transit, and car.

Please look for a second email containing attachments of all stalkers and threats accompanied by pictures.

Lawless America has no permits to assemble and will not be protesting, marching, demonstrating,  or blocking sidewalks.  We may however, have large groups of people going to dinner, etc, at the same time.

Please let me know if you need anything else and what I need to do further.

Thank you in advance,

Allie Overstreet

>Thank you for the information you provided regarding the event you will be hosting on February 5-6.  To recap our conversation, your group is a non-violent activist group (not protestors) that are coming to the DC area to meet with Congress and host a conference for your national membership.  The majority of your visit will be dedicated to meetings on Capitol Hill in one of two reserved rooms in the US House of Representatives and visitors will utilize a reserved shuttle bus from the group hotels to the Capitol. The majority of your guests will be staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (1480 Crystal Dr.) and the Holiday Inn – National Airport (2650 Jefferson Davis Hwy).  The total number of guests will be approximately 500.  On February 6, from 2pm-5pm, you will be hosting a national conference in the grand ballroom at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.  You do not plan for any organized rallies, marches or protests and do not anticipate any intentional arrests or

other acts of civil disobedience or violence.  This event is the first of its kind for your group so you are uncertain if any opposition groups intend on protesting your cause during your visit.

>It is also my understanding that your group, and specifically you and your boss, William Windsor, have received death threats from numerous, sometimes anonymous, sources.  One subject in particular, Sean Boushie, has been criminally charged in Missouri and Georgia as a result of these threats.

>The following information I will need from you is:

>-          Sean Boushie – any date of birth/social security number, suspected photographs

>-          Criminal case numbers in the jurisdictions where you or Mr. Windsor are pursuing criminal charges against Boushie or any other threat

>I will be CC’ing Lt. Michael Quigley (<>) who is our Off Duty Coordinator.  I’ve already spoken to him regarding your group, but if you could send him an email with what you’re looking for as far as protection/coverage and where, he will get back to you with specifics.

>The contact number I have for the DC Metropolitan Police Department’s Special Operations Section is (202) 671-6511.  If that fails, the main dispatch number is 202-727-9099.

>For your reference, if you have any issue that requires immediately police/fire/medical assistance while in Arlington, you can call 911.  Any non-emergency can be directed to 703-558-2222.
